  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

How do I return my order if the size is not a fit?

If the size is not a fit, you have 30 days to return an unworn item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to change the size of the product may vary.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.

 

What happens if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you have the option to get the item replaced or get a refund.

 

Replacement:

If an incorrect item has been shipped or the product is defective/damaged, we will provide a free replacement of the product. You'll need to ship the item to us. No cost will be borne by you. Please write to us at [email protected] if you need to change the size.

 

Refund:

If an incorrect item has been shipped or the product is defective/damaged, we will provide 100% refund for the item. You'll need to ship the item to us. Shipping cost will be borne by us. Please write to us at at [email protected] and we'll coordinate the return.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment source within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
